About the role
Afriam International is looking for a Customer Service Specialist focused on collections to join its call‑center team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly while managing payment collections with professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Manage payment collection processes, follow‑up on overdue accounts, and record transactions accurately.
- Deliver excellent service that reflects the company’s commitment to client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills (or technical skills, depending on the specific task).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a willingness to stay in the Labadi area.
- Relevant experience in customer service or collections is preferred.
