Digital Services Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Services Coordinator supports the manager in coordinating and optimising MTN’s digital services portfolio, ensuring reliable, secure and customer‑focused experiences. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deploy, maintain and continuously improve digital products and services in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operation and performance of digital services to deliver a reliable, secure user experience.
• Support continuous improvement of MTN’s digital products by working with internal and external partners.
• Manage relationships with digital service partners and ensure service delivery meets agreed requirements.
• Monitor service performance, analyse user feedback and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of new digital services aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Technology, IT, Network and other teams to resolve issues and optimise platform performance.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support quality‑assurance activities for digital products.
• Maintain effective stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to drive successful service delivery.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, digital services enablement or related roles.
• Knowledge of digital product and service management within a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and partner management capabilities.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, service delivery and quality assurance.
• Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Understanding of agile delivery principles and continuous improvement practices.
