About the role
Crystal Lake Fish Limited is looking for a Farm Technical Manager to lead the technical side of its aquaculture operations in Accra. The role will ensure that farm processes are efficient, sustainable and meet the company’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day technical activities on the farm.
- Coordinate with senior staff to implement best practices in fish farming.
- Monitor and optimise production processes to achieve operational targets.
Required profile
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical position within agriculture or aquaculture.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
