Fixed Business Development Manager

About the role

The Fixed Business Development Manager will drive growth of fixed‑line connectivity services by building strategic partnerships, expanding network coverage and acquiring new subscribers. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, manage the full sales cycle and ensure accurate commission processing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across fixed products and services to meet sales targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle – prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, contract closure, onboarding and account expansion.
• Assess customer needs and translate them into compelling fixed connectivity solutions together with product and technical teams.
• Maintain and forecast the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue projections and adherence to pricing and margin guidelines.
• Conduct market and competitor intelligence to uncover emerging trends, new segments and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with network, product, operations, finance and customer experience teams to deliver seamless commercial initiatives.
• Report on sales performance, pipeline health, risks and corrective actions for management decision‑making.
• Manage the sales commission process, guaranteeing accurate calculation, validation and timely payout.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or an Engineering‑related discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience in telecom, technology or a commercial environment.
• Proven experience in go‑to‑market planning, brand initiatives, project management, stakeholder and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of database systems and report‑management software applications.
