Fleet Officer (Okada Rider) – Delivery Specialist

About the role

Aquantuo is seeking a full‑time Fleet Officer (Okada Rider) to join its logistics team in Accra. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and goods across designated zones, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels to customers within assigned areas.
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.
• Plan and follow optimal delivery routes.
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license and familiarity with Accra traffic rules.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and able to manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation is a plus.
