Marketing Analyst – Localized Campaigns (Ghana)

About the role

Blockchain is seeking a Marketing Analyst to design and execute localized marketing strategies that drive growth across Ghana. You will work closely with global and regional teams, analyse market trends, and use multiple channels to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and content for localized marketing and CRM campaigns, coordinating with the global CRM team.
• Ensure regional activities align with overall brand messaging.
• Manage local social channels (X, TikTok) and community platforms (Telegram) with culturally relevant content.
• Drive user acquisition through partnerships, integrated campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Lead local content creation in collaboration with the global team.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise for ROI.
• Engage influencers, crypto communities, and strategic partners to amplify brand presence.
• Plan and execute local events, AMAs, and promotional activations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic communications, PR or brand management, preferably in crypto, fintech or tech.
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns on the agency or client side.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a talent for storytelling.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
