Mechanical Technician – Production Line

About the role

Nestlé Ghana is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support the smooth operation of production lines at its Tema factory. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that all tools and materials are managed responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and plan delegated work efficiently.
• Maintain and return tools and materials from the Maintenance & Instrumentation store in clean, good condition.
• Notify supervisors in advance of material requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy after each task.
• Interpret and use technical drawings, sketches, and instruments related to maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Execute improvement projects based on drawings or instructions.
