Network Operations Lead

About the role

The Network Operations Lead ensures reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the battery‑swapping network across all stations. The role oversees station performance, battery availability, uptime management, field operations, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and service quality, coordinating with technology, maintenance, logistics, and customer support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all battery‑swap stations, ensuring uptime and battery availability meet SLA targets.
• Monitor network performance via dashboards and analytics, generate operational reports, and support station openings, relocations, and expansion.
• Oversee battery inventory, distribution, utilization tracking, charging cycles, health indicators, and coordinate rotation and balancing across stations.
• Lead field teams, conduct audits, schedule workforce, and allocate resources to maintain operational compliance.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, monitor equipment performance, resolve outages, and drive reductions in Mean Time to Repair.
• Define and track operational KPIs, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, standardise processes, and ensure safety, quality, and electrical‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in network operations, asset management, or field service leadership.
