Operations Analyst – Remote, $15/hr

About the role

We are seeking a remote Operations Analyst to design and develop multi‑agent benchmark tasks focused on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. This short‑term contract (4 weeks) offers 20‑40 hours per week with a required 4‑hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑agent benchmark tasks that model real‑world operational scenarios such as logistics, project management, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Create constraint‑rich problem statements with multiple dependencies, variables, and resource limits.
• Develop Python scripts to evaluate feasibility, completeness, and optimality of task definitions.
• Decompose complex problems into structured sub‑tasks suitable for multi‑agent systems.
• Model scenarios with timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve task quality, coverage, and evaluation rigor.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operations, project management, logistics, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of constraints, dependencies, and scheduling logic.
• Proficiency in Python for validation and verification scripting.
• Excellent structured problem‑solving and decomposition abilities.
• Clear technical communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
