Reporting Manager

About the role

The Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial, regulatory, and management reports across the business. The role ensures the integrity of financial information through robust reporting processes, controls, reconciliations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring completeness and consistency across all legal entities.
• Oversee monthly balance‑sheet reviews, reconciliations, and investigation of unusual balances, trends, or variances.
• Prepare and submit regulatory financial reports to relevant authorities within required timelines and monitor regulatory changes.
• Produce management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for executive leadership and provide analytical insights.
• Maintain strong reporting controls, support automation initiatives, and improve reporting processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, reconciliations, and responding to audit queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
• 5–8+ years of experience in financial, regulatory or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
