Sales & Customer Care Assistant – Retail (Spintex, Accra)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales & Customer Care Assistant to support our growing perfume and clothing retail store in Spintex, Accra. The role combines in‑store assistance with online customer interaction, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across physical and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers in the perfume and clothing sections, offering product recommendations and answering queries.
• Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok in a professional manner.
• Inform shoppers about promotions, new arrivals and product availability.
• Prepare and organise orders for pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, attractive shop environment and support product displays and restocking.
• Handle customer concerns politely and efficiently.
• Create simple social‑media content (photos, videos, reels) when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• ND or HND qualification in any field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok.
• Friendly, confident and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic sales or retail experience is an advantage.
• Interest in perfumes, fashion or lifestyle products is a plus.
• Reliable, organised and a good team player.
• Resides in or near Spintex or can commute daily.
