Sales Representative – Airline Market (Accra)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially‑driven Sales Representative to expand Etihad Airways’ presence in Ghana. Based in Accra, you will manage a portfolio of travel‑trade and corporate customers, build strong relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for assigned accounts to meet revenue and commercial targets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while proactively prospecting new business.
• Act as a trusted adviser to travel agencies, corporate clients and other commercial partners.
• Analyse market trends, customer potential and competitor activity to pinpoint high‑value opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and drive opportunities from engagement to conversion.
• Negotiate commercial agreements aligning customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Etihad partners to create tailored customer solutions.
• Keep customers informed of relevant products, services and promotions.
• Record accurate sales activity in Etihad’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in airline sales is preferred; strong background in travel industry or high‑performing B2B sales is also valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with confidence to use data and insights.
