Senior Illustrator – Remote, $8/hr

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level visual artist to join our team on a four‑week contract. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours, with a minimum four‑hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality stylized illustrations, sketches, characters, scenes, and environments based on detailed briefs.
• Adapt and replicate multiple artistic styles while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Produce required illustration variants that follow the intended composition and visual direction.
• Apply strong fundamentals of composition, color, lighting, texture, rendering, and visual storytelling.
• Work across diverse styles such as Sketch & Drawing, Cinematic & Film Noir, Steampunk, Surreal/Dreamlike, Psychedelic, Cyberpunk & Sci‑Fi, Art Deco & Art Nouveau, Vintage & Retro, Glitch & Vaporwave.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as an illustrator, sketcher, cartoonist, concept artist, or similar visual‑art role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple illustration styles.
• Proven ability to accurately replicate and adapt various art styles.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistent delivery of high‑quality visual outputs.
