Vehicle Dispatch Specialist

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for a self‑owned vehicle dispatch specialist to manage the movement of its own transport fleet. The role supports warehouse and production teams by ensuring that material transport is coordinated efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch self‑owned vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver and vehicle records.
• Coordinate dispatch activities with warehouse and production departments.
• Track trip completion, report any issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor vehicle availability and schedule maintenance as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
