Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to join Mobile Sport Ghana Limited, supporting our digital presence across web and social media platforms. The role focuses on producing and adapting visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and football‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual designs for web, social media and other digital platforms using approved brand guidelines and existing visual elements.
• Develop graphic assets such as social media posts, banners, promotional visuals, campaign materials and other digital content.
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, visual style and overall brand presentation across all designs.
• Adapt designs to different formats, tones, styles, sizes and visual requirements.
• Review designs for accuracy, quality and compliance with visual and writing guidelines.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and explain basic design decisions when required.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as needed.
• Manage assigned design tasks effectively and meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant visual or graphic design work.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with basic video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (preferred).
