Warehouse Supervisor – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in our Accra and Tema facilities. The role includes managing staff, overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and productivity.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify ways to improve workflow and reduce errors or delays.
• Inspect outgoing and incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.
• Communicate with management about warehouse performance and needs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred).
