Associate Professor – Business School

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) seeks a qualified Associate Professor to join its Business School. The position is full‑time and based on the Accra/Tema campus, supporting teaching, research and community engagement across multiple business disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the selected department.
• Supervise student projects, theses and dissertations.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognized journals.
• Participate in community service and faculty development activities.
• Contribute to curriculum design and departmental governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant business discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognized university, or at least four years as Senior Lecturer with a minimum of ten peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three professional referees with contact details.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, research and academic service.
