About the role
Fountain Head Christian School is seeking a dedicated Twi Teacher to deliver the Ghanaian language curriculum to students from basic to junior high levels.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Twi at all levels (Basic to JHS) following the GES‑approved curriculum.
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for learners of varying abilities.
- Organise classroom resources and create a positive learning environment.
- Design attractive educational displays in Twi.
- Assess, mark and provide feedback on student work.
- Motivate pupils with imaginative teaching methods and maintain classroom discipline.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Ghanaian Language (Twi), Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Excellent fluency in speaking, reading and writing Twi.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and classroom‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
