About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to boost satisfaction.
  • Organise and manage schedules for sales representatives to ensure full coverage.
  • Research and identify new leads using business directories, digital resources, and web searches.
  • Receive, track, and report sales leads, ensuring prompt follow‑up.
  • Supervise and guide sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and follow up on potential leads to increase conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor performance metrics and achieve goals.
  • Ensure sales quotas and targets are consistently met.
  • Provide coaching and support to help the team exceed sales goals.

Required profile

  • Master's degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience in building materials, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to take critical, measurable initiatives to improve sales and operations.
