About the role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Tema. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will shape and execute strategies that boost customer satisfaction and ensure a consistently high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor, analyse and improve overall customer satisfaction metrics.
- Manage feedback loops, collect and act on customer insights.
- Analyse customer interactions and generate actionable reports.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent delivery of high‑standard customer service.
Required profile
- Strong background in customer satisfaction and experience management.
- Proven analytical abilities for data evaluation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional customer service expertise with empathy.
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational capabilities.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with customer experience tools and technologies is a plus.
