Data Mining Virtual Internship

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented interns to join our Data Mining Team. The virtual internship provides hands‑on experience in B2B data mining, lead generation, prospect research, business development and social media marketing for the Aperture Ventures campaign.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data mining and extraction from various sources to build and maintain high‑quality email databases.
• Perform online research to identify and validate prospects and organize submitted data in the required format.
• Assist with social media marketing tasks, including content support, posting and engagement to promote campaign initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy, meet productivity and quality targets, and communicate issues to the Team Lead/Manager.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
• Basic knowledge of data mining or database management and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in or basic familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets.
• Google Search/Web research.
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
• Data mining tools such as Apollo (prospecting, contact research).
