Data Product Manager

About the role

The Data Product Manager will lead the development and management of a portfolio of information and data products for Stanbic Bank Ghana. You will define the data product strategy, drive new product development and translate strategic goals into go‑to‑market plans and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of data‑driven products and services.
• Define and execute the data product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead new product development from concept through launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed go‑to‑market plans and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee creation of new products and continuous enhancement of existing offerings.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics and business teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• First degree in Business/Commerce and a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
• 1‑2 years experience in data & analytics and technology solution environments.
• 5‑7 years experience managing corporate B2B client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proven experience in product pricing, business case development and financial planning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, agile development principles and solution pipelines.
