Field Sales Agent – Hostel Internet Services (Commission-Based)

About the role

VruumNet is seeking energetic field sales agents to promote its hostel‑focused WiFi solutions across Ghana. This commission‑only position is ideal for individuals with strong networking abilities who can introduce reliable internet services to hostel owners and student residences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hostels and student accommodations that could benefit from VruumNet’s internet services.
• Present and demonstrate the value of the Wi‑Fi solution to owners or managers.
• Arrange meetings and hand over qualified prospects to the internal installation team.
• Follow up with prospects until the installation is completed and the service becomes active.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to approach and engage decision‑makers in hostel management.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
