About the role
We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to manage all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance of our office. You will be the “face” of the company, creating a positive first impression for visitors, callers, and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and well‑stocked front desk with pens, forms, paper and other supplies.
- Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints.
- Handle all incoming calls, redirect them appropriately or take messages.
- Receive, sort and distribute letters, packages and parcels.
- Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence and arrange parcel shipments.
- Check, sort and forward emails, and monitor office supplies, placing orders when needed.
- Keep updated records, files and monitor office expenses.
- Assist with additional duties such as travel arrangements and scheduling.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with office machines such as fax and printer.
- Basic knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High school diploma; further qualifications are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to operate office equipment (fax, printer, scanner).
- Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Email handling and correspondence drafting.
