About the role

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to manage all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance of our office. You will be the “face” of the company, creating a positive first impression for visitors, callers, and guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and well‑stocked front desk with pens, forms, paper and other supplies.
  • Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints.
  • Handle all incoming calls, redirect them appropriately or take messages.
  • Receive, sort and distribute letters, packages and parcels.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence and arrange parcel shipments.
  • Check, sort and forward emails, and monitor office supplies, placing orders when needed.
  • Keep updated records, files and monitor office expenses.
  • Assist with additional duties such as travel arrangements and scheduling.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with office machines such as fax and printer.
  • Basic knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High school diploma; further qualifications are a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax, printer, scanner).
  • Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Email handling and correspondence drafting.
