About the role
As a Key Account Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will drive awareness and demand for our pharmaceutical products across hospitals and clinics. You will ensure continuous product availability and support tender processes while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Segment customers in hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines to target the right tools and frequency.
- Maintain up‑to‑date databases of hospitals and clinics to capture customer needs and respond promptly.
- Provide the latest product information to medical practitioners, key opinion leaders, and pharmacists.
- Present and discuss company products during face‑to‑face meetings or group presentations.
- Analyse market insights for each institution to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise market penetration and incorporate feedback.
- Adhere to corporate policies and conduct activities with integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
