About the role
Leverage Edu is seeking a remote Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with its most strategic clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth across the education‑mobility ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored business plans for assigned key accounts.
- Maintain regular communication, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams—sales, product, and support—to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Monitor account performance, track trends, and provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or key‑account sales.
- Strong analytical mindset for spotting trends and opportunities.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
