About the role
Rentokil Boecker is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join its Accra team. You will drive the sales strategy, build client relationships and promote sustainable health, property and environmental solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets and profitability.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, delivering professional sales presentations.
- Survey premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing.
- Develop tailored offers using marketing tools and present new products to existing customers.
- Educate clients on the value of Rentokil Boecker services and manage the full sales cycle from offer to contract.
- Handle contract renewals, communicate sales outcomes to Operations, and maintain accurate client data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and represent the company at events and exhibitions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
