About the role
The Key Account Manager will own relationships with our most strategic clients, driving revenue growth through the sale of cybersecurity solutions and services. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion across sectors such as financial services and telecommunications.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the company’s cybersecurity solutions to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work with technical pre‑sales to prepare bids, proposals, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to maximize profit.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely implementation of solutions.
- Resolve sales‑related issues and develop strategies to retain customers.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record of business development and relationship management.
- Experience selling to financial institutions is essential.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a history of closing deals.
