Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics

About the role

The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of reporting, dashboard and scorecard solutions for our Personal and Private Banking division. You will work with a range of BI tools to turn raw data into actionable insights that support risk management, compliance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, QlikView, Power BI, Oracle, Excel and SAS.
• Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and create self‑service dashboards for business users.
• Collaborate with AML, fraud detection and other risk teams to embed analytics into financial crime monitoring.
• Produce scorecards and performance metrics that align with regulatory and business objectives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or reporting within the financial services industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and familiarity with financial crime risk management.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
