Motion & Visual Designer

About the role

Night Market is seeking a highly creative Motion & Visual Designer to bring ideas to life through motion, visuals, storytelling, and design. You will shape how the brand communicates visually to customers, merchants, investors, and the public across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and short‑form visual content for social media and campaigns.
• Edit high‑quality videos for product launches, ads, interviews, documentaries, and brand storytelling.
• Design marketing creatives, posters, flyers, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Develop explainer videos that simplify complex products and features.
• Support visual branding across Night Market products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on campaigns and launches.
• Help define and evolve Night Market’s visual identity.
• Contribute ideas for creative direction, storytelling, and content strategy.
• (Optional) Create advanced animations and motion sequences.

Required profile

• Strong skills in video editing, motion design, and graphic design.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging short‑form and long‑form content.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Portfolio showcasing motion, video, and design work.
• Animation skills are a plus but not required.
• Nice to have experience creating content for startups or tech companies, knowledge of social‑media trends, and basic shooting or directing experience.
