Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Wholesale Division

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Division. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and representing our portfolio of pharmaceutical products across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the designated territory or product portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to shape effective sales strategies.
• Attend medical conferences, workshops, and events to promote the company and expand professional networks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on the latest clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide reliable after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid Ghana driving license.

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing customer data and sales reporting.
