About the role
Express Property Management Co. Ltd seeks a committed Property Manager to oversee both company‑owned and third‑party properties, ensuring efficient operations and high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain properties of the company and third‑party owners.
- Maintain filing, records and storage of maintenance documentation.
- Process utility bills and ensure timely payments.
- Respond promptly to maintenance inquiries and emergencies.
- Administer service contracts.
Required profile
- Diploma in Estate Management or Building Technology with a marketing background.
- Minimum three years post‑qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property markets.
- Proven ability to close leasing and sales deals.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and effective Internet usage.
- Good report writing and customer relations abilities.
