Sales and Account Management Support

About the role
We are looking for a Sales and Account Management Support professional to strengthen our sales and client management operations. The role works closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to ensure smooth back‑office processes, accurate billing and effective KPI monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and align contracts in collaboration with sales and account teams.
- Support invoicing, including timesheet preparation and timely, accurate billing.
- Assist Technical Delivery Managers with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
- Monitor, consolidate and report key performance indicators.
- Contribute to regular performance and stakeholder reporting.
- Support risk‑management activities and follow‑up on corrective measures.
- Handle sales back‑office tasks and outreach activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations for pitches, proposals and internal updates.
- Improve overall back‑office efficiency and internal coordination.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or executive assistance, preferably in the IT sector.
- Experience in an international working environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Confluence.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Pipedrive.
