Sales Officer – Medical Diagnostics (Kumasi)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Officer to join our state‑of‑the‑art Medical Diagnostics Centre in Kumasi. The role involves on‑site field work, building referral networks with hospitals and clinics, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical diagnostics or hospital sales and marketing.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
• Valid driving licence and ability to drive for long periods.
