About the role
The school is seeking a dedicated School Administrator & Operations Manager to oversee daily administration and ensure smooth operational processes across its campuses in Accra and Tema.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily school administration and operations.
- Ensure systems, schedules, records, and school activities run efficiently.
- Coordinate and follow up with teaching and non‑teaching staff.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with parents.
- Handle parent enquiries, concerns, notices, and school communications.
- Support student admissions and maintain accurate school records.
- Monitor operational issues and ensure they are resolved quickly.
- Work closely with school leadership to improve efficiency and standards.
Required profile
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong administrative and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good computer and record‑keeping skills.
- Experience in a school or educational environment is an advantage.
- Proactive, dependable, organized, and a good problem‑solver.
