Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer to lead the secure and compliant deployment of large language models (LLMs) and AI systems across our platform. The role combines deep DevSecOps expertise with a focus on AI‑specific security challenges, working within a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure deployment pipelines for LLMs using ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Identify and mitigate AI‑specific security threats including prompt injection and model poisoning.
• Automate security controls, monitoring, and compliance checks using Golang and Python.
• Manage AI data storage infrastructure using Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Ensure security and compliance of AI systems in production LLM inference environments.
• Navigate data protection requirements across multi‑jurisdiction operating contexts.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps, and security teams across a distributed organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevSecOps with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
• Strong skills in Golang and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and GitHub for secure AI deployment.
• Deep understanding of AI‑specific security threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, and adversarial attacks.
• Working knowledge of Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) is an advantage.
