Project Manager – Retail & Consumer Solution Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple consumer digital products, including taxi, delivery, retail, marketplace, and super‑app services. You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment, bridging West African operational needs with global development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery processes: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements from operational teams into clear, development‑ready user stories and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align priorities and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple parallel product streams while maintaining quality, speed, and delivery discipline.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with real end users and ensure structured feedback is captured and implemented.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones using Jira and Confluence.
• Provide transparent reporting and regular updates to senior leadership and the PMO.
• Identify delivery risks early, escalate appropriately, and propose mitigation plans.
• Support release planning and ensure smooth deployment of new features and enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent streams and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating UAT and handling feedback loops.
• Comfortable working across different markets and time zones.
