Senior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing for raw materials, equipment and services at Keda Ghana Ceramics. The role will support our manufacturing operations across Ghana and West Africa, ensuring cost‑effective procurement aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, equipment and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure best value.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance and ensure compliance with Ghanaian procurement regulations.
• Coordinate procurement needs with internal departments and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Control procurement budgets and drive cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Ghana procurement regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement systems.
