Senior Consultant Legal – Employment Law Advisory

About the role

Deloitte Ghana is seeking a Senior Consultant Legal to join its Employment Law Advisory team. You will provide expert legal counsel to a diverse client base, helping them navigate complex commercial and employment law matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on employment law, commercial agreements, corporate restructuring, M&A, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal due diligence on potential clients, suppliers and partners.
• Deliver company secretarial support and assist with corporate governance matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree (minimum 2nd class upper) from a recognized university and admission to the Ghana Bar (QCL or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in employment law, M&A, company law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent research, analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving and a solutions‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Advanced legal research and analysis.
• Experience with employment law advisory and corporate legal services.
