About the role
We are seeking a reliable Steam Boiler Operator to join our team at Sunda International in the Accra & Tema region. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operation of industrial steam boilers across our facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor steam boilers, controlling pressure, temperature, water level and fuel consumption.
- Perform start‑up, shutdown and routine inspections, maintaining accurate operation records.
- Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues and ensure water quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Certificate, Diploma or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial steam boiler operating experience.
- Willingness to work shifts.
