Tile Picking Worker

About the role

The Tile Picking Worker is responsible for ensuring only high‑quality tiles leave the production line at Keda Ghana Ceramics. You will manually inspect each tile, separate any that are defective, and help maintain the company’s reputation for premium ceramic products.

Key responsibilities

• Visually inspect tiles for surface defects, colour inconsistencies, and dimensional errors.
• Sort and remove defective tiles from the line promptly.
• Maintain inspection accuracy while meeting production speed targets.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report quality trends and issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• JHS or SHS certificate.
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods on the production floor.
• Basic understanding of English.
