Training Manager

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a passionate Training Manager to lead its learning initiatives in Accra. You will be responsible for designing, scheduling, and delivering classroom training that equips consultants with the skills needed for client success and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a department of well‑trained professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and quarterly one‑on‑ones with trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisors and Operations to address consistency issues.
• Create and maintain the consultant training schedule.
• Build strong partnerships with Training Managers, Operations, and other Concentrix leaders.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of training workbooks and tools.
• Manage and support trainers, driving quality, performance improvement, and cost efficiency.
• Promote a culture of professionalism and relationship building across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four‑year university.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead teams, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and providing direction.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with flexibility to adapt schedules.
