About the role

We are seeking a bold, camera‑confident Video Content Creator to join Remotown’s marketing team. You will direct, film, and produce brand‑focused videos that drive audience engagement across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, direct and appear on‑camera for brand videos, product showcases, and social media campaigns.
• Edit high‑quality videos, handling cuts, colour grading, motion graphics, audio mixing and overall post‑production.
• Adapt and repurpose video content for multiple platforms and formats.
• Generate creative ideas for video series, campaigns and storytelling to boost brand visibility.
• Write scripts, captions and short‑form copy that complement visual content.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve reach and quality.

Required profile

• Comfortable presenting and performing on camera.
• Advanced video‑editing skills using industry‑standard software.
• Strong sense of pacing, narrative and visual composition.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
• Experience with motion‑graphics or animation tools.
• Copywriting or content‑marketing ability.
• Understanding of social‑media trends and platform‑specific formats.
• Basic photography skills and familiarity with camera equipment.
• Open to final‑year students, fresh graduates (1‑3 years) and entry‑level candidates; Nigerian applicants strongly encouraged.
