Auto Metal Mechanic – Heavy‑Duty Vehicles

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, a leading ceramics manufacturer in West Africa, is looking for an experienced Auto Metal Mechanic to join its industrial maintenance team. You will be responsible for keeping heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment such as trucks, excavators and loaders in optimal working condition.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment.
• Perform welding and metal‑fabrication tasks as required.
• Carry out preventive maintenance inspections and routine servicing.
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant certificate or apprenticeship in auto mechanics.
• Prior experience as an auto mechanic, preferably with heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
