Billing Specialist (Accra & Tema)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Billing Specialist to join our team in Accra and Tema. You will be responsible for accurate invoice generation, payment tracking, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on schedule.
• Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment terms for each invoice.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain up‑to‑date billing records and monitor outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, and other teams to address billing issues.
• Reconcile billing data with accounting systems and generate reports for management.
• Support month‑end, year‑end, and audit activities with accurate documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality when handling financial information.
