About the role
We are looking for a Building Finishes Supervisor to lead the finishing phase of residential projects. The role involves overseeing tradespeople, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and coordinating with other construction teams to deliver houses on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise tillers, carpenters, painters and other tradesmen during the finishing stage of house construction.
- Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and dimensions are accurate.
- Liaise with building shell and engineering teams to align schedules and resolve issues.
- Provide backup support to other construction supervisors as required.
Required profile
- CTC Part III, HND in Civil Engineering or a related Building Construction programme.
- Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role within residential construction.
