Chemistry Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE & Cambridge International A Level)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chemistry Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International A Level programmes. The successful candidate will inspire students, prepare them for examinations, and maintain a safe laboratory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Prepare students for IGCSE and A Level examinations through targeted instruction and revision.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress regularly.
• Foster an inclusive, stimulating learning environment.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (post‑graduate qualification is a plus).
• Minimum five years of teaching experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum at IGCSE and A Level.
• Proven track record of preparing students for outstanding exam performance.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
