Clinical Psychologist – Remote (Short‑term Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to work remotely on a short‑term contract, reviewing AI‑generated conversations that involve everyday decision‑making and interpersonal scenarios. You will help improve the system’s ability to understand context and ask appropriate follow‑up questions.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI conversations that model real‑world interpersonal and decision‑making situations.
• Identify missing contextual information and suggest relevant follow‑up questions.
• Assess whether additional information would have altered the AI’s recommendations.
• Distinguish between critical and non‑essential information within the dialogues.
• Conduct qualitative reviews and document findings using structured evaluation guidelines.
• Collaborate with research teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality assessments.

Required profile

• Hold an MSW with LCSW or equivalent social work license.
• Possess an MA/MS with LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent counseling license.
• Have a PhD/PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, Social, or Industrial‑Organizational Psychology.
• Possess an MA/PhD in Human‑Computer Interaction, Communication, Anthropology, Sociology, Conflict Resolution, or a related field.
• Relevant professional credential with over five years of direct advisory, client‑facing, coaching, mediation, or consulting experience.
