Commercial Manager – Integrated Solutions

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Manager – Integrated Solutions to lead proposal development, contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment for complex technical solutions. You will work across a large territory, partnering with technical teams and customers to deliver value‑adding deals in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit proposals, bids and tender documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Assess commercial risk and drive competitive pricing strategies.
• Develop market vision for product lines and lead business development planning.
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues to address customer requirements and local conditions.
• Handle important clients and medium‑sized sales across a country or large territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a scientific discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, commercial activities and tendering.
• Technical background and solid understanding of the oil & gas industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven interpersonal/leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project.
